I accept PayPal for online orders. I also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express over the phone. Personal Checks, and Money orders from trusted customer only :)
Shipping
All items are shipped via First Class. Please contact me if you need a quicker option. Depending on what state I am mailing to, typical mail times are 3-7 days.
If you would like Insurance please contact me so I can add it to your order. Items will be shipped NEXT Business day.
All items ship protected in a durable card board box.
(Local Customers can have jewelry delivered no extra charge)
Refunds
If any item breaks due to poor quality or workmanship, it will be fixed at no cost to you.
If item breaks from **NORMAL wear and tear after the first year, it will be REPAIRED at NO cost, just pay S+H to get it here, and I will cover it on its way back to you.
If you are dissatisfied with your new jewelry you may return it within 30 days.
**NORMAL Wear and Tear: Occasional Casual Use. This EXLUDES water damage, child damage, pet damage, lost or stolen, Daily wear for weeks, etc.
